Most wellness-horoscope sites will happily tell you the stars know something about your body. They don't. We think you already suspect that — and we'd rather be in on the joke with you than sell you something dressed up as cosmic insight.

So every day you get two things, clearly separated: a bit of astrology for fun, and one real, generic wellness nudge that's actually worth your time. We never let the horoscope make a health claim — the fun and the useful part live in different boxes on purpose.
